The CRD serves
as a meeting place devoted to strategic and prospective reflection and exchange between
managers instrumental in instigating change. In other words, managers concerned by
present-day trends and who realize that progress made by their organizations is directly
linked to their personal evolution.
. |
 |
The CRD also
constitutes a platform that is wide open, but with strict rules. It is akin to a club but
not just another meeting place for active or "ex" executives. The pleasure of
meeting together is an essential condition for creating and sharing. But membership also
implies getting a job done, generating reflection and the ability to renew oneself. |

 |
A group
experience far-removed from the pressures of the every-day environment.
. |
 |
Getting to know
other peoples' experience and other ways of proceeding.
. |
 |
Develop modes of
reflection and practical applications as well as intellectual input.
. |
 |
Put forth both
domestically and internationally new experiments in Morocco and propagate the ideas of
managers.
. |
 |
Maintain contact
with new ideas, the advances of scientific and managerial thought, and the most innovative
modes of action being carried out in the world. |

 |
The CRD is a
select group limited in number that remains open to new potentialities. It operates by
mutual appointment based on common objectives and values without the slightest strain of
competition.
. |
 |
The CRD is
governed by a Charter of Principles to which all members adhere, i.e., the ability to
remain true to one's self, integrity, transparency, identical managerial ethics, permanent
desire to improve personal capacities, open mind to the outside world, confidentiality,
etc.
. |
 |
CRD's structure
emanates from the group itself. Regulations are decided in conjunction with two
"Creative Retreats" per year devoted to evaluation and consideration of
perspectives.
. |
 |
Resources are
gleaned from the contributions of the members. These contributions are annual and based on
a set program and budget jointly agreed. Management is accomplished in a spirit of
autonomy and transparency. |

The CRD develops partnership links with
other networks or similar organizations, experts, researchers
and specialists throughout the world.
